PatterNova sells digital sewing patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, no physical product will be shipped.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent our patterns. Product images, sample garments, previews, and descriptions are provided to help customers understand the contents of a product. Finished garments may vary depending on fabric choice, sizing, printing, and sewing skill.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, file formats, and printing requirements (such as paper size and print scaling) before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to update product descriptions when necessary.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PatterNova reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully processed before digital products are delivered or access is provided.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased patterns through the delivery method specified on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, download page, email, or another digital delivery method.

Delivery or access may occasionally be delayed because of technical issues, payment processing, platform availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 — PATTERN LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless a product listing or accompanying license expressly states otherwise, purchasing a pattern gives you a personal, non-transferable license to print the files and use them to sew garments for personal use.

Purchasing a pattern does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, upload, or otherwise make the pattern files (digital or printed copies) available to third parties unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license.

All website content, branding, graphics, text, designs, and other materials belonging to PatterNova or its licensors remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services supplied by third parties.

Such third-party tools may be provided "as is" and "as available". Your use of third-party tools is subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

PatterNova is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of independent third-party websites.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
PatterNova is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with PatterNova. Shopify is not the seller of the digital products offered by PatterNova.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to alter Shopify's relationship with PatterNova or customers under Shopify's applicable terms.
