Digital Products
All products sold by PatterNova are digital sewing patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical item will be shipped.

Because our patterns are available for immediate download after purchase, digital products are generally non-returnable once they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds
If you have a technical issue with your download, receive an incorrect file, or believe a pattern is defective or materially different from its description, please contact us at theartwithlove@gmail.com.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide replacement files, technical assistance, or a refund.

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, cancellation may no longer be available, except where required by applicable law.

European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, statutory rights relating to digital content apply.

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may end once the supply of digital content has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost.

Download & Printing Issues
If you have trouble accessing, downloading, or printing your patterns (for example, scaling or page size), please contact us. We will help you access your purchase or send replacement files when appropriate.
